This expert mentoring service is a joint venture of WEGE mbH, Pro Wirtschaft GT GmbH in Gütersloh, and the East Westfalia Lippe chamber of commerce in Bielefeld.

Mentors support businesses in regular talks over individually agreed periods of time. They offer assistance and advice in an exchange of experience through:

• Situational analysis
• Development of concepts for growth and/or new directions
• Generating strategies for opening up new markets
• Preparation of concepts for product, process and organisational development
